Who am I?
I am Henrik Stamm Kristensen, a Danish serial food tech entrepreneur and HRI investor.
I founded several companies, including Premium Ingredients, PPB, allfoodexperts, Chemometric Brain, and Blendhub, aiming to revolutionize the food value chain by establishing a global network of Food-as-a-Service hubs. These hubs bring food production closer to the origin of ingredients and consumers, promoting sustainable practices.
I have received recognition from WCEF, SITRA, and Deloitte, and was recently awarded the New Champions’ award for Excellence in Societal Impact by the World Economic Forum. I hold a degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School and have been active in the food industry for over 40 years, creating five successful FoodTech companies in the past 25+ years.
